Ediane Monteggia

Ediane’s passion for sustainable business started 15 years ago at KPMG UK, working with a wide range of global clients on climate change and social impact, including DFID’s Global Poverty Action Fund. She has also worked with the public sector in the UK through Coram-i, the consultancy arm of the UK’s oldest children’s charity.

Her in-house sustainability roles include Braskem, based in Brazil, with global remit, and Anglo American, which focused on socio-economic development programmes in South Africa. At Braskem she further developed her experience in harnessing innovation to deliver social and environmental impact through the creation of Braskem Labs, an open innovation programme. She also led the review of the company’s global sustainability strategy and the development of a sustainable procurement programme, as well as being responsible for sustainability reporting, community development programmes and donations.
