ZEDRA
ZEDRA is a global company providing a broad range of professional services to help wealthy individuals, funds, and corporates navigate regulatory and operational complexities. Driven by its long-held values of integrity, fairness and inclusivity, in 2023 ZEDRA sought to strengthen its engagement with sustainability issues and develop its corporate response to the financial, environmental, social and governance factors that affect its business.
3B Impact worked closely with ZEDRA to conduct an initial materiality assessment, identifying and weighing up the relative importance of different ESG topics to the organisation. 3B helped ZEDRA map its sustainability efforts to date and the context in which it operates, including internal, competitor and client practices and expectations, and the risks and opportunities of different approaches. 3B then led a consensus-building workshop with ZEDRA’s Senior Management Team to agree the organisation’s level of ambition on Sustainability issues and a corresponding roadmap for the next three years.
3B translated this workshop into a set of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound (SMART) goals, and a corporate Sustainability strategy. ZEDRA further commissioned 3B and Muuvment to design a bespoke online Sustainability training course for completion by all ZEDRA staff, using the Muuvment platform, to help embed the strategy and increase staff knowledge and motivation.
As a result of our collaboration, ZEDRA has a sustainability strategy and a three-year plan in place, a bespoke training programme that reflects its own approach to ESG, and ESG is a board-level issue.
